Available Positions
Senior Counselors
(18 years or older)
Senior counselors are the heart of the Camp J experience, and why our families choose us! Camp J counselors are active, patient, warm, friendly, fun, energetic and responsible. Counselors engage and participate in every activity with their campers, including swim. A perfect position for current college through graduate students.
Junior Counselors
(16 & 17 year olds)
Junior counselors are the heart of the Camp J experience, and why our families choose us! Camp J junior counselors work alongside a counselor and are active, patient, warm, friendly, fun, energetic and responsible. Junior counselors engage and participate in every activity with their campers, including swim. A perfect position for current entering Junior and seniors in High School.
Specialists
(21 years or older)
Camp J specialists are responsible for creating and implementing program activities (arts and crafts, sports, science, dance/drama) for varying ages in their designated specialty area. Specialists also work with the Program Director in the overall implementation of camp wide events. This is the perfect position for someone who is passionate about specific program areas.
